These terms govern your use of Groomiest (the "Service"), operated by Templeds Pty Ltd ("Groomiest", "we", "us"). By using the Service or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
1. What Groomiest does
Groomiest is an online directory of pet groomers with a free online booking service. Pet owners can search listings and submit a request to be connected with a groomer. Groomers can claim their listing and receive booking requests. Groomiest helps connect the two parties; the grooming service itself is provided by the independent groomer, not by Groomiest.
2. Booking requests
When you submit a request, we relay your details to relevant groomers to help arrange an appointment. We do not guarantee that any groomer is available or will accept a request. Any appointment, price, and service is agreed directly between you and the groomer, and payment for the groom is made directly to the groomer.
3. Fees
During our current launch period, using Groomiest to find a groomer and request a booking is free — there is no booking fee. We will give clear notice before introducing any fee.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and submitting a request, you consent to receive text messages from Groomiest about that request — for pet owners, a confirmation and updates; for groomers, notifications when a nearby pet owner requests a booking and related follow-ups.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time; after you reply STOP we will not send further messages. 5. Groomer listings
Listings are built from public and primary sources. A groomer may claim, correct, or ask to be removed from their listing at any time via our contact form.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false requests, or use it in a way that is unlawful or harmful to others.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". Groomiest is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, or conduct of any groomer or pet owner. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Service is limited.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
